Dinner Ideas

Sometimes I like to think of twists to regular dinners we have.

Of course like most people tacos are on our weekly menu quite frequently. Here is a twist.

Instead of buying soft or hard taco shells I got the tostados. I just had a ton of stuff out and everyone could make their own.

This was a throw together dinner from the pantry so I had:

Can of tomatoes with jalapenos

White Rice

Corn
Taco meat (I used Morningstar Farms soy crumbles and added some taco seasonings, onions and green peppers)

and the ususal stuff; sour cream, peppers, taco sauce, shredded cheese etc. I would have loved to had some black beans and cilantro.

What do you like on your tacos?

  1. This looks like something my Hubs and Grandkids would enjoy.....as for me, I would love to eat it but because of Candida I eat very different than most people.
