I couldn't help but use this picture
I have been in a perfume rut. I needed something new. I was also tired of applying lotions and body sprays only to not smell them at all an hour or two later.
I had seen this company's products reviewed on other blogs with very positive responses. The one response that resonated with me is that a blogger had wrote that the scent lasts!
So I go and check out the company's website. Here is one of the things that I read...
We work exclusively with internationally renowned perfumers and the local artisans of Grasse to develop premium nature identical oil blends, ECOCERT certified organic essentials, absolutes and pure plant and fruit extracts. Our perfumes are all phthalate free and contain no sulfates, petro-chemicals, synthetic dyes, triclosan, GMO, PPG, MEA, DEA, TEA or formaldehyde donors. Our products are cruelty free.
Additionally, our perfumed body moisturizers are 100% vegan, wheat and gluten free, contain no glycol, parabens, sulfates, phthalates, silicones, synthetic additives or synthetic fragrances.
Sounds great doesn't it?
Here is what I was sent
Mimosa Bouquet
I don't normally like flower scents but this is not too flowery. My daughters loved it best.
I also got
Ylang Ylang d'amore
This had more of a sweeter and muskier smell that I ususally gravitate towards.
What I noticed about both of these fragrances was the lack of a chemical smell. You know how you go to the mall and spray a perfume to see if you like it and you have to let it sit for a few seconds and then smell it so it doesn't smell like alcohol? There isn't any alcohol smell, it's a very pure, clean smell. Very natural. These would also be easy to carry with you when you travel or in your purse without having to worry about mess. They come in wooden containers which make them stylish and unique.
I also received
Lavender Body Moisturizer
I have a hard time remembering to apply lotion in the fall/winter when my skin gets so dry. This lotion smells so good, I WANT to apply it. I love lavender. I actually use lavender essential oil around my house frequently to clean. So I really love the scent. I had my son smell it too, because I just knew it was a scent he would love and he did. I don't think this is too feminine of a scent. I think a man could use it on his hands. Again, just a natural clean smell.
I would definately purchase from The Cream Perfume Company in the future.
