Not Another Chicken Recipe

Yes I have another chicken recipe and you will like it!

Okay, so I had a huge pack of chicken I had to use up this week. Plus I have not been baking much with all the Halloween candy laying around.

This is Stuffing Chicken

We call it Stephanie Chicken...
One of my kids always called stuffing, stephanie.

You can call it anything you want ;o)

Take a box of chicken flavored Stove Top Stuffing and either throw it in a ziplock bag and beat it until it's crumbs or put it through your food processor.

Dip chicken in melted butter with garlic salt.

Then dip into the ziplock bag full of beaten stuffing mix. I usually like to drizzle any leftover butter and/or stuffing mix on top. Bake at 350 for around 30 mins (depending on chicken size).

My father is very picky eater and I made this once for Easter at my house and he loved it. Nice easy go to recipe that your family or guests will be impressed with.

I served this with boxed macaroni and cheese (gasp!) store brand (double gasp) and potatoes and green beans. Only 1/3 of our family likes mashed potatoes so I don't make them often but I think this chicken is perfect for mashed potatoes!
