Mini Chocolate Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Chocolate Chocolate Chip Pancakes. I love when recipes have the word "chocolate" TWICE.
1 cup of milk
1 egg
2 tbsp margarine, melted
1 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
In a bowl mix milk, egg and margarine. In a seperate bowl mix the rest of the ingredients. Add the flour mixture to the milk mixture until well mixed. Batter may be lumpy. Cook pancakes in pan or on griddle as usual.
