Special Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies
I got bored one night and looked through the Tasty Kitchen blog and found some cool recipes to try. Here is one yummy cookie.
Ingredients
•1 cup Butter, Softened
•1 teaspoon Baking Soda
•1 teaspoon Salt
•¾ cups Packed Brown Sugar
•1 package Instant Vanilla Pudding
•1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
•2 whole Eggs
•2-¼ cups Flour
•1 package (12 Oz. Package) Chocolate Chips
Preparation Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Place your butter, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, vanilla pudding, vanilla extract and eggs into a large bowl and mix until creamy. Gradually add the flour and mix until combined. Add chocolate chips.
Scoop onto cookie sheet. Bake for 9–11 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

I love making chocolate chip cookies with vanilla pudding. I have also used chocolate pudding. So moist and delicious!
