Forget about driving thru the fast food joints for 600 calorie breakfast sandwiches.
The Thomas Bagel I threw in the toaster, the bacon I cooked in the microwave and the egg I fried quickly in a pan.

We've been on WW, and we use those for our hamburger buns since the new program changed and the skinny buns are the same amount of points. We feel the bagel thins are more filling.
