Experts recommend 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. That is very hard to do. I do try to juice sometimes, but I don't always have fruit and veggies on hand. Not to mention the high price of organic fruits and vegetables.
 
I was kinda scared to try this. I'm pretty brave when it comes to food and drinks. I mean I do juice kale and drink it lol. But I had had wheatgrass in the past that I just had to give away to someone because it made me sick to my stomach. So I was all nervous and I put a straw in the drink to drink it faster and scrunched up my face and closed my eyes and... it tasted good. Seriously
 
Whew, I was soooo glad. I got the berry flavor. Really it taste good. I have no problems drinking this. I actually dare I say, like the flavor.
